If I could give this company a ZERO I would. I arrived yet again today to pick up a simple prescription to once again find a sign on the drive thru about coming inside due to staffing issues...here's an idea CVS, PAY YOUR PEOPLE BETTER AND MAYBE YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE TO ACCEPT A JOB OFFER...I think today will be my last day using cvs bc obviously they can't fix this problem as it's been going on really since the end of the pandemic!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place in the last year or so. I absolutely understand having to wait a little longer if there is a shortage of staff, but the persistent error of not filling what was requested, and general unpleasantness of most (definitely not all) of the staff has us transferring all of our families prescriptions to Walgreens. I don’t need you to coddle and be my best friend, but if you’re going to consistently mess up prescriptions, please don’t do so with an attitude of “I can’t be bothered to help you today”. The app is absurdly difficult to use, and any prescription refills you request on the app will be ignored until you call them to confirm. The final straw was when we were essentially told to use another pharmacy because the prescription we ordered two days ago wasn’t ready and told it would be another two hours “or so”. If you don’t want to work with people or in customer service, find another career path.

Very clean, friendly service and staff. My only complaint is about the pharmacist Carissa. She is just a rude and unhappy person. The only reason my review is a 5 star is because I don't want to punish the other staff members. Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions, she always has an attitude. But to everybody else, amazing job.

Nice and clean. Little disorganized with way soda was stocked. Had to hunt down the 2 liter Ginger Ale.
