It was a hot day today I know. But it was hot/stuffy in the movie theater. The popcorn was stale and old tasting. Everyone was confused with the assigned seats. One guy came in 15min after the movie start time had a flashlight and was shining it trying to find his assigned seats made a bunch of other people get up and move. It was just not the greatest experience. Especially the temperature in the theater. The concessions are outrageously expensive. So you expect popcorn to be relatively fresh. Oh no it tasted like popcorn they popped that morning. With the price at least make it fresh. The Cadillac movie theater is much smaller, but it is more comfortable and the popcorn is 100000x better. They should have an usher helping people to find their assigned seats when entering the movie or get rid of assigned seats all together. Just my opinion. The staff was friendly.

Just an ok experience. With as much as everything costs, I expected more. The popcorn was mediocre with no seasonings available to add. The pop was terrible from the select your own pop machine. There was popcorn all over the floor in the theater so obviously nobody swept between showings.

Visited twice. Once in 2023 and most recently July 2024. Both experiences have been pleasant. My family was in the IMAX theater this time around, seats were extremely comfortable, sound was great, popcorn was okay (tasted stale - my family did not finish the bag due to this), drinks were good, and the screen was phenomenal. I love that they have butter you can self pump onto your popcorn and salt sitting out for customers, such a huge plus in my opinion. The person who took my order for popcorn took the time to answer my questions throughly and I was very grateful considering they were very busy. That being said, they had several staff members attending to customers, but the wait at concessions was lengthy. Would return.

Ive only been here once. I pre-purchased the movie tickets and popcorn online the day of. Received an email telling me that I needed to go to Auditorium number 7. I arrive and tried to go get my popcorn and drinks only to find out that they don't even know who I am and can't find my order. The popcorn that was given to me was lukewarm. It had obviously been sitting for a few. Me and my fiance get to #7 and after 20 minutes of previews we find out that we are in the wrong Auditorium. I asked the guy what Auditorium was showing the movie that I paid for and he tried telling me that it was the correct Auditorium. It wasn't after I told him that I have been watching previews for 20 minutes that he even bother touching the computer to help me and check. There were also a few dead pixels that could be seen during the movie.

Seats are good, and the choice of options is good as well, so there really isn't that much bad stuff here, IMAX was really great, watching the Wolverine & Deadpool here. Will come often.
