If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experince I have ever incountered. I prepaid $226.74 on june 5th two weeks prior to picking up the rental on june 21st. They had all my contact information on file knew I paid with chime mobile banking. Took my money I go to pick up the rental I paid for only to be told the day of pick up they don't take chime. Yet the transaction went through yet they refused to honor the transaction for me to make an emergency trip to the state of Texas. Corporate was going to honor the transaction yet the location refused to honor the transaction. If you don't take chime IT needs to implement a block for any banking they do not take rather then allowing the transaction to go through and take my money causing an inconvenience to the customer. This is horrible management, horrible custome service, horrible work ethic, and horrible policy's. Lack of empathy and compassion for the need of the vehicle and for the simple fact I had paid for the vehicle two week in advance. I will continue to climb the ladder untill i speak directly with the CEO of Budget Aviss rental group. Now I have absolutely no way to make the trip I needed to make. Thanks for a horrible business the entire company nation wide needs to be shut down permanently. I will personally never attempt to rent from this company ever again and I will spread the word I highly do not recommend renting from this horrible company ever.

Bad experience. Called and confirmed prior to picking up vehicle. The class of vehicle I selected online was somehow downgraded to a midsize. Had to postpone travel plans with my family.

Shout-out to Matthew and Esteban. They got me checked in quickly and ensured the process was transparent. No hidden fees and my deposit was returned very quickly. Another thing to note though, when calling this location, someone actually answered the phone. With so many other rental companies, calls get routed thru an 1-800 number which gets frustrating. It's my second experience with Avis and I'll return as long as things are so smooth.

Rented a midsized car for 5 days. Cost was over $600 and when I dropped it off had to find my own way home. They don't offer rides. Well before rented from enterprise for 7 days was $500 and a free ride home when dropped car off

PSA: AVIS BRANCH REMOVES SAFETY EQUIPMENT! This branch removes safety equipment from vehicles in order to force you to use road side, which can NOT be an option if you don't have cell service. After speaking to representatives it seems that they only care about your money not your safety. 12hrs stuck on the side of the road. Still getting the run around. Managers gone on Mondays? Careful.
