Reasonably nice train station- plenty of space to sit and relax if you're connecting between NJT, SEPTA, and/or Amtrak. Only issue I'd flag is that the restrooms are typically where unhoused folks will set up camp- one literally had a tent in the men's room disabled stall. Not so much a failing of the station, but rather of the city/state itself- but it is something to take into account if you really need to go!

There are better and worse. It’s a functional station and our train was perfectly on time. There’s a lot going on. The food on offer is of very poor quality so avoid it. Definitely a purposeful place not a “comfortable” one. Feels 90s/00s. Needs a 2020 modernizing update. Neat sculpture outside. Accessibility is high. Seating is low quality and low quantity. Signage is excellent however.

Very reliable station that is our go-to when heading up to NYC. It is a little dirty and the homeless folks are expected on site every time but just focus on where you are going and there’s nothing to worry about. The parking is just across the street but sometimes the one entrance is closed causing you to go all the way around. Not a big deal though. Overall a great train station.

There was 1 main person as well as 1 security officer that made this into a 5 star review. I did not get the officers name but he was a huge help. Linda Howard is an angel! She helped me fix my ticket to the proper time with urgency and empathy. I would not have made it to my conference without her! Her professionalism needs to be recognized and praised.

Nice station, connects Philly with NY. Been here 3-4 times so far, easy to manage everything you need, easy to but tickets and staff is extremely nice and helpful.
