If you’ll notice not a single American works at this establishment. The line waiting for food was ridiculous. I’ve never seen a line this long with 10 plus employees behind the counter. I’m guessing if this location switched to a taco shop things would run much smoother. Think what you want but I watched families with screaming kids wait 20 plus minutes for food. I watched many people walk out still hungry due to this situation. The food isn’t even brought to your table because they don’t understand our numerical system stamped right there on the tables.

Went to the drive-through, ordered the 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and 2 large fries, got the food pulled over to eat, and the nuggets were short.. I wonder how many times that's happened, so now I'm counting them before driving off. The food has gotten so expensive there that I don't appreciate being short-changed. We were hungry and didn't feel like going back, I supposed they could have said we were pulling a fast one

These guys really don't have their act together right now. Drive through took forever with only 4 cars, didn't take our order for several minutes, and when they got to the front couldn't find our order either in the system or the food. Ultimately had to replace the order with cars stacked up behind us. Seem like nice folks just a total mess organizationally.

Get your drive thru times the right way not by sending customers to park. In my opinion that’s cheating because other stores don’t do that and have a better drive thru time. Also i sit here for like 15 minutes all the time just waiting

I am a Truck driver and ordered an instore pickup because of being parked at the Travel center next door. When i arrived at the location the lobby door was propped open even though there was a sign saying the lobby was closed. but because i ordered online for counter pickup i went ahead and went inside. Once i entered i was very rudely told that the store was closed and if i needed to order i need to go throw the drive throw even if i was on foot. Once i was given my food and was getting ready to leave another customer was denied access to the bathroom and again rudely told to leave. my food was messy and there was an open sauce in the bag.
