Waited over an hr after they order was due to be picked up and food was cold spent over 80$ online then when I got home to feed my kids they were so hungry they ate the food not even realizing that it wasn’t even cooked so I’m having to take them to hospital to make sure they don’t have food poisoning because of this I will never eat here ever again horrible food ever watch out they serve uncooked food and don’t pay attention

Food is gross at all locations. You can grab a happy hour drink for a minimal price, but eat the food at your own risk. Everything is microwaved. It's a good spot to gather with friends in the dark or for a low-key ducked off hook up date HA!

Me and my kids came here for Father’s Day since Texas Roadhouse had a 2 hour wait on Father’s Day. I ordered the steak and shrimp which I asked for my steak to be medium rare it came out well done. I had mashed potatoes and broccoli for the sides. The broccoli was good but im not sure what kind of mash potatoes those were but by far the worst mash taters I’ve ever seen or ate. Well I tasted them and never ate them. I’m not one to complain in the store but this place really needs some improvement. Either new management or the owners need to step up their game on quality in their food.

I spent $124 on drinks for the whole atmosphere and then get cut off when I had a big meal before drinking. And they said APPLEBEES POLICY IS 3 beers only. But broke policy in serving me more than 3 beers and ignored me after I got cut off. And I’m waiting on a food menu to order my food to go. I hope this finds corporate. I was nothing but polite to everyone and sharing my time.

Had dinner at the Applebees here in Terrell this evening (5/9/24) and the food and drinks were really good as usual. What prompted me to leave this review was our delightful waitress Samantha. She was kind, friendly, attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our dining experience one of the most enjoyable that I have ever had. To the manager of this store, hang on to this one. She is a real asset to your store. To Samantha, thank you again for a lovely evening.
