A man and woman checked us in and they were very kind! Seemed like very nice people. Breakfast in the morning was great. Have the waffles. The rooms are spacious but not very clean. Cleanliness would be my main critique. Hair in the sink. Crumbs on the floor. Buildup in corners. But overall was a nice place to stop and rest on a long road trip! Oh and they’re affordable & pet friendly 😊

Great experience. Rolled into town at 8pm. Front desk clerk was very nice and gave a suggestion for a late dinner at La Cita and it could not have been better. Thanks for a great evening and a warm breakfast to start the day. The clean room was much appreciated.

When we got to our room, we thought our key was broken because the door wouldn't open. It was stuck. My husband finally shoved it open with his shoulder. Then we walked in to discover that the sink was trickling water. We couldn't turn it off. We couldn't turn it on. We got another room. It was dirty. Nothing had been wiped off. The entire desk area was covered with rings from somebody's wet glasses. The inside of all the drawers were full of dirt and unidentifiable objects, so we didn't use them. There was no regular desk chair, so trying to do anything with the chair they provided felt sort of like being a small child at the dinner table. I needed a booster seat. There were two switches in the bathroom. One turned on the light and a very loud fan. The other one was broken. There was a television, a modem, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a lamp on the wall with the desk. There were two outlets. Now, I am not good at math, but that equals five plugs and four places to plug them in to. So, we dug the dead television's plug out from behind the furniture to plug it into the outlet on top of the lamp that I believe is for customers to plug their stuff in to. As an added decorative touch, there were some small mystery holes in the ceiling and two holes in the bathroom door. The carpet was covered with stains. The lampshade on one side of the bed was full of holes. The tub was very slippery, with no mat or grab bar. The sink had no plug, so we had to be cautious not to drop anything down there. What the heck, Wyndam? With the exception of unfailingly polite and friendly front desk staff, across the board, your properties are garbage!

Don't know what happened, but this used to be our normal stop with no issues while staying in Tucumcari. Black mold in the a/c, shower faucet doesn't shut off all the way, not that clean, and microwave outlet wasn't working so we had to move it somewhere else. At least there's hot breakfast in the morning! Let's pray we don't get bed bugs tonight, even found a bed bug fecal matter cross marking on one of the beds. Dirt and dead bugs behind the beds, etc. On the positive though, the service is friendly and the showers are great.

The lady on reception was incredibly nice and helpful! The room was good. Clean, comfortable bed, mini fridge, coffee machine. Overall, we've had a great place to rest on the way for really good price.
