9-10 times when I order off of door dash or online the donuts are complete garbage. They claim they're always fresh however continue to provide people who get their food delivered with stale, poorly handled items. These donuts look and feel like they're two days old and they rarely package the food correctly. The boxes are supposed to be sealed... I kept giving them chances in hopes it was just bad luck however it isnt . I have received more stale and poorly handled food than fresh. They're also out of most of the items they advertise. They're items are already over priced but I undestand with how prices went up on everything else as well HOWEVER people who order delivery end up paying more then just ordering in store yet they give the people who pay even more uneditbal food. My sincerest advice is if you want donuts from them, go in person because they clearly have the mindset that if they dont have to worry about you complaining to them in person, they could care less about the horrible service they provide. I spent almost $60 bucks for donuts that will be going in the trash. And they call this chocolate glazed?... there's hardly any chocolate. Im done with this place

Do not even waste your time! Even when the hot and fresh light is on they don't have any donuts available for purchase. I arrived at 8:30 am this morning. Hot and fresh light is on. Ordered donuts. Was told we don't have those available for purchase right now. Tried to order another type of donuts Was told we don't have those available for purchase right now. Asked what type of donuts they do have available for a dozen of donuts. They said they don't have any donuts available in that quantity. Why have the hot and fresh light on when there are no donuts available for purchase?!!!! They could care less. I drove away with no donuts. This place is absolutely horrible!!

The donuts were cold, as if they just came out of the cooler. There was no glaze on the donuts. We ordered lemon filled. As well, and there was NO filling inside. This is the first worst experience with the store. Not sure if new staff was on duty. This negative experience will not prevent us from returning to get our donuts.

Went there at 9:30 pm and asked for a dozen original and they said they didn't have any and they were fixing to close. I asked what they had. They said strawberry covered was all they had. I ordered 2 and pulled to the window and looked inside to see dozens of chocolate covered on the rack. If krispy kreme is interested, I have a copy of the receipt.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. I have tried to give them a chance several times. The hot sign may be on, but they never have hot, fresh donuts. Anytime we try to order seasonal donuts, they never have all of the flavors. Donut holes, don’t order those unless you only want original glazed. Very unimpressed.
