The staff is friendly and the rooms have a microwave, small fridge,TV and good internet. The hotel has the bowling across the street, the gym of the base at one side of the street, and a gas station 2 blocks of distance. There are a good quantity of restaurants a few minutes of distance and the main BX

Standard rooms and service. Everything was clean and decent, nothing broken. Continental breakfast would have been nice. They have a coffee shop in the lobby, so there's that.

I made reservations. When I got here the room I reserved was not ready. My family and another family had to sit in the lobby after flying all night for three hours while we waited for the rooms to be cleaned which were already supposed to be cleaned. I was told it would be a few minutes. The staff nevered communicated to me updates unless I went to ask about the room every hour or so. They acted as if I was bothering them. Horrible service while my infant, 4 year old, wife, and myself waited for hours on a room we already reserved. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We also tried to check in around 8AM, the hours were completely normal within business hours.

If I could turn back time I won’t sign up for the USAF Reserves if I knew I’d be staying here for my UTA weekends. They expect you to room with a complete stranger and have your belongings stolen? They don’t care as long as they can stuff people in. Book your hotel off base and have your peace of mind.

Decent hotel on base. Can't really say anything bad about it. The service at the front desk was great and the room was great. We loved the water pressure of the shower! Plenty of parking and has a Java City in the lobby. It is also across the street from the bowling alley. If we have an event at Travis again we will definitely stay there again.
