Hello, Tonight my boyfriend and I had placed a mobile pick up order for 7pm. After working a long, hard day and finally deciding on what to eat, we couldn't have been more disappointed. I am truly at awe for how careless our food was made. I normally let the little things go, but after paying for over $40 worth of food, it's enough to make me speak up. I had ordered the 20/20 deal (which included 20 traditional and 20 boneless, with fries, options for veggies and dips) and only received 10 traditional, instead of 20, with the rest boneless. To top it off, my traditional wings had hardly any sauce on them. All the wings we got were dried out and the fries were stale. I'm so disappointed to have received this food and knowing someone was fine with serving that. I understand fast food isn't gormet or fancy, but common decency seems to be lacked. I personally feel that even trying to call and complain or request my money back, will just get swept under the rug. I personally wouldn't have ever minded waiting for fresh wings or a wait to make sure my meal was properly and correctly put together. Please, please, PLEASE, address and make your staff aware of how ridiculous and uncalled for this is. And yes, I already filled out a visit summary on the website. I just feel this should be more emphasized and others should know the experience.

Came into this location to eat lunch. Must of been a soccer tournament nearby but not a big deal, just have to be very patient especially when I used to be server but this location tested the limits of my patience. Timeline: -Seated myself and waited 8-10 min until Waitress acknowledged me. -Another 7-10 min pass by and I just gave up and used the app to order. -10 min later I finally went up to the bar to get a glass of water which also took forever. -Took about 25-30 min after I ordered to get my food. -Food was cold and dry, fries were stale and barely piss warm. Tried getting the same waitress's attention but no luck. Eventually took a picture of it and ate it because I was starving. -Ran to my truck to get own can of beer and a soda for my wife. -Ate half of my sandwich, grabbed my own to-go container by the bartender, packed it up and went home to use my own microwave to warm it up. -I made the mistake of leaving tip after I used the app to order. I wish I could take it back. Screw this place. Been to this restaurant over a dozen times but it will be my last.

the past two times we have come in were not great, last night the man greeting us and seating us was unfriendly, my food came wrong twice (the second time I was over it and just accepted the wrong sauce), then when the bill came my wings were supposed to be buy one get one free but she only gave me buy one get one half off, I thought maybe I had read my email wrong so I didn't question it but when I got back home I did bring up the email and it was supposed to be buy one get one free. The time before this visit my sons meal one of the two chicken tenders was literally just a small piece of fried batter and when I requested another one they did offer a few boneless wings but you would think the cooks and/or the waitress would notice that and not even send it out. Wings have gotten smaller and service has gone downhill, we will not be returning. If you want good wings go to smokey spur on wednesdays.

Was a 4 star review, changed to 1 star. Ordered for pick up 2 hours in advance. Not only did they not even start making my order until 5 minutes after i got there on time for my pickup, they were over 20 minutes late, and totally ignored me when i mentioned it. Manager walked right back into kitchen and didnt even talk or respond to me. Oh and they got the order wrong with the wrong sauces. Unacceptable customer service.

Service was excellent! Zero complaints. 4 stars largely because two personal issues I hold for a good dining experience. 1) Food is typically spicy with little or few non spice/hot options! Not everyone can or wants cayenne pepper on their food. But social graces will leave you no choice. 2) What is with the sports bar atmosphere? I come to a place and everywhere I turn is a TV showing an event and audio so you cannot concentrate on the meeting or guest you are with. A section for those who want this, or another section for those who do not would be appreciated.
