We were pleasantly surprised. Grounds were well maintained. Very safe for all ages. Pool deck was large, not overcrowded. We loved having elevators. Our condo was clean and furnishings were modern and well appointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. The facility is very well maintained. Parking is tight but larger spaces are available out front. There is somewhat of a hike to get to the beach but the exercise can be used to rationalize the extra calories from eating out. Can you say dessert?

We stayed in room 222. Very nice unit. Condo building is oceanfront. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were updated nicely. The pool area was nice and clean. One of the elevators was out of order so waiting on the other one was sometimes a wait. The condo was in a great location. It was close by restaurants and stores. The only complaint was the parking. The spaces were tight and we drive a SUV. And everyone parked in the middle space so we had to squeeze in next to a concrete wall....nerve wrecking. This was our first time in St. Simons for a girlfriends getaway. I would definitely come back with my husband and children.

We stayed in unit 310. The view was absolutely amazing. There are a few things that need updating in the unit. The master bedroom TV is useless. Cabinets need to be updated and worked on a smidge. But those are small nit picky items(but we think they should be considered). But the view is worth it all!!! Pic is view from the balcony.

Nice so far we just got here and we can walk right by the pool onto the beach which is a plus. The toilet handle was broke and maintenence has already fixed it so I was very pleased with that. All in all it's great. The parking lot has security cameras so I'm happy about that. Right on the beach yes lord.
