We were on vacation and hoped to get some sunglasses for the kids. They didn't even carry any. 1st CVS I've ever been to that didn't have sunglasses for kids. With so many vacationers and so many lakes, it might be something you want to start carrying for your customers. Went to Walgreens 10 minutes away and they had what I needed. Bought 4 pairs. You snooze you lose CVS.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I got a text that my scripts were ready. The pharmacy techs ignore the window, it is improperly labeled. I arrived at 1:20pm. After being ignored for 10 mins, I drove around to the front, parked, and came in the door and the pharmacy was closed for lunch 1:30-2pm. They told me to just remember their hours. There's no sign with hours at the drive up window and people were inside working, backs turned to the window. I had to wait another 30 mins for my scripts then was told I had to wait in the drop off line again, even though the scripts were ready. This is another example of poor service on the mountain in healthcare.

I went to pick up a prescription yesterday but as a result of their perpetual ‘staffing issues’ the counter was closed and only the drive through was open. As I rounded the corner there were no fewer than 10 or 12 vehicles in the drive through line. It was actually interfering with traffic trying to get off the highway and into the parking lot which created a traffic safety issue. Would they allow this at their stores elsewhere or do they know that they with the captive audience here they can get away with it? Whether it’s out of stock medication, their inability to gets vaccines that all the other pharmacies have or ridiculous 30 or 40 minute phone call queues to try to get issues resolved I know whenever I deal with this store I’m likely to encounter some issue.The staff are always friendly and helpful despite often being overwhelmed.

The store is nice although most items are overpriced, like a lot of drugstores. As for the pharmacy, I've wasted a lot of time waiting for prescriptions that weren't ready when I was told they would be. The pharmacy doesn't open until 10am and closes for lunch. The Show Low Walgreens was a bigger mess so I still prefer going here.

The pharmacy drive thru is always closed. You have to walk in to get your meds, That's if they are not closed at lunch
