I drove up from Tucson to purchase a truck here and had a 5-star experience. They gave me a fair trade-in for my car and a low price for the new one. The whole sales staff were pros and even answered my questions after sale. If I lived closer I would go there for service visits. Have already recommended this dealership to others.

If you are willing to make the 3 hour drive from the valley, then you could potentially save thousands by visiting this dealership in Show Low. The employees have good energy and are willing to serve. Ask for Michelle if you decide to shop here, she's very fun to work with.

Allen Y helped us out, he was super helpful answering all of our questions . I bought a truck last year and was told in about a year to come back to either upgrade, or get a lower interest rate. Allen gave me a call thankfully to let me know they could give me a nice deal on the 2024 tundra. He made all of the paperwork super seamless and quick. Great dealership. Good customer service and honest. Love doing business with them.

Allison, We wanted to recognize you for your help and hard work in securing a car for my daughter. It can be a stressful time buying a used car and you made the process effortless. You and your manager also kept your word as far as cleaning the vehicle and filling the fuel tank. We have had mixed experiences dealing with Hatch but you have insured when we need another vehicle or have a relative/friend that needs a car we will recommend they see you. We've been with Hatch for about 5 years now and our experience has always been amazing. I love that they treat us like family and genuinly try to get us the deal that we want. This year we got a salesman called Ruben. Amazing experience. He went above and beyond, so respectful and honest. Definitely hope he'll assist us next year.
