Despite the signs that say Irvine is smoke free ..the same sign urges smokers not to throw their butts over the rail. I literally had to walk thru a cloud of smokers to get to pick up children from eSports. There are cigarette butts everywhere, it's disgusting and a violation of California law to smoke within 20ft of public entrances. Do better Diamond Jamboree!

Great place for some asian food and good vibes. Some places open late too! Great variety of options! Love this shopping center, but good luck with parking.

Great assortment of places to eat and I believe there's an escape room on the second floor. There's also an 85° Bakery (a personal favorite) and an H Mart.

Great center! During the Covid crisis they handled the situation pretty well. I like several restaurants in this center so I visit often. The BCD is the best choice there, second is the bbq chicken. The 85 degree and somisomi complete your journey. Make sure to check out this shopping center.

This was my first time to the shopping center and I will be back! It's a two-story shopping center with tons of restaurants, ice cream, couple little shops, karaoke, Escape rooms, you name it. We did not go up to the second floor so I'm not sure if there is an elevator to get up there. But this place was hopping on a Sunday night and I will be back many many times.
