I am a notary signing agent and a legal support specialist. With that said, I visit numerous stores throughout the San Francisco Bay area although this store is small, this is my favorite store because of the customer service. Gabriel and the other associates here at this store are always always always great. No matter how busy they are they are always polite, professional, and respectful to everyone. They handle things with ease no matter how many people are in the store. This store needs to be recognized. Gabriel needs to be considered for management. UPS needs to recognize this store.

I am very happy with this particular UPS store overall. I had an espresso machine packed and shipped back to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately, the unit was severely damaged in transit. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance (I highly recommend insurance, especially for valuable items). The owner managed this issue very well even though UPS failed to even acknowledge the claim or provide any support. The staff I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful. It took a little time, and I had to be patient, but the resolution was satisfactory. I recommend this location.

Great team there. ALWAYS POLITE AND COURTEOUS 🙂 HOWEVER!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TAPE. ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD!!! Worked up a sweat 😓 just trying to…. work it after using. If you gotta have it just fold a piece to pull on after each use. Good luck!;-)

One of the best UPS stores in the area. The employees are happy to be there and to help customers. They work fast and efficiently every time I came here to return my Amazon packages. Highly recommend!

Brought a coffee mug, birthday card and photos to be sent to friend for her birthday. She only received the mug. When I told the employee he said he spoke with the person who sent it and they had put it in the box. My issue with this is not that there was a mistake because things do happen my issue is they did not take responsibility. My friend said the box could only hold a mug not a card or 5 5x7 photos.
