So disappointed. Couple weeks ago I came here and got her fantastic burrito. But of course, I ordered it in person. This time I was a few miles down the road and decided to order ahead so I could just grab and go. Sadly, the burrito guy was incredibly pathetic. When I pulled it out of the bag, I was a astonished at how tiny it was. The size of a Taco Bell burrito. And $15? It makes me wanna file a chargeback. I was already had a mile down the road and didn’t have time to go back so I ended up eating the dang thing but it was pathetic. Nothing but rice and beans and no real discernible chicken or grilled flavor. Just sour lemon rice. I heard they just got scolded for tiny burrito balls but it looks like they’ve downsized everything. If the manager reads these feel free to offer gift card for the other 3/4 of the burrito that were accidentally left behind :-)

Food was really never that good. I only ate here because of the quantity they gave me but now you want to cut your portions. I’d rather go to a real Mexican place to eat specially for the price.

This restaurant is open till 11pm. Veggies are fresh. This location is nearby burlingame. Easy to park.

Owners/management looks like they are really trying to maximize profits as not once did I see any workers behind the glass change gloves despite how many many times I have been here. They do their best to make their serving portions smaller. Cleanliness is subpar, what you would expect from Chipotles in areas of low expectations.

I came in to get my daughter a steak burrito bowl, A nice young lady was making our bowl, and when she was getting the steak, they had no more steak in their container so the serving spoon was not filled up like usual when they serve you, so the young lady gets me a little bit more steak in the back because they are out then a rude lady Name Maria! interrupts and says “oh this Is enough”and does not put the rest of the steak that she got in the back to put on my bowl. I was trying to explain to her when the young lady was putting steak the serving spoon was not filled due to them not having enough steak, but she was not understanding me then she tells me oh we only put 1 ounce steak that little 1 ounce cup that they have, which is ridiculous because that serving spoon will not fit that cup and giving me a ultimatum saying do you want it or not not even trying to hear my side I could definitely pay for extra portion and I even have extra points to get free portions, but the fact that she just assumed it was rude and being bossy did not make any situation better. I’m not understanding maybe Maria was having a bad day, but she should have not put it on the customers.
