Went here for the smoothies and man I was happy about it. Made fresh upon ordering by two ladies who work there and serve with a big happy smile. Even gave me a little bonus cup for the extra smoothie leftovers from their blender. Smoothies were tasty and super fresh. Exactly what I was looking for while waiting to board my plane. Ginger shot was bullseye as well. And pretty big. Yummm. The counter is well designed too, just like almost everything on SFO airport. Enjoyable place to get yourself a nice drink.

They don’t mark price for pastries. The apple turnover looks nice, but tastes very disappointing… it was hard as stone… cappuccino is also terrible… wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and get a good coffee:)

Ordered a burrito for takeout and they heated it so much that you can't feel the taste. Neither can you eat it. There needs to be some thinking as to how much you heat it. The burrito was powdery as well and created a mess too. Mind you breakfast burrito comes with egg which was fine by me.

Did I pay for the staffer’s free smoothie? I paid $11 dollars hoping to intake a few leaves of kale. The staffer took out the cup with the ingredients for my cup of smoothie from the ridge. And he added a lot of ice to it and ran the blender. After pouring the liquid back to that cup, there’s still another half of the mix in the blender. I asked, are you going to throw it away? They said, no they will drink it themselves. I said but I paid for the kale and I want my kale. They said they can’t give me another cup because they do inventory counting cups (this point makes sense to me), but they will drink the other half of smoothie. Did I pay for the staffer’s free smoothie? And that they got free a drink after diluting my purchase?

Rudest experience I’ve had in my entire life. The Hispanic lady working at the cashier laughed at me and pointed to my money while gossiping with her coworker in Spanish as I counted cash to pay for my drink. She had no shame at all- she even touched my money to show she was gossiping about it. Then she rudely said “we don’t take dirty money, clean it before you give it to us” I did the only thing I could do remove a hair from the money but money gets exchanged by thousands - it’s bound to get dirty. Someone behind me in line shouted at me to hurry up and the cashier laughed. It was like a humiliation ritual. She then told her manager about me because she knew I was going to complain, so when I did, to my suprise, he said she did nothing wrong. Do not spend a Penney on this horrific establishment. I can’t believe it’s running and people are paying when the employees treat you like garbage. I cried my whole flight home because of this experience. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!!
