Stopped in today to replace a rental. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly smile. Explained in short why I was there and made prior arrangements with another location. Adrian made my visit so painless and was quick and efficient with the transaction. This place has such a great vibe, every employee I saw had such positive aura and smiles 😉. Thank you Adrian for your professionalism and assistance. Every Enterprise needs an Adrian, I promise, I would just rent a car because of the wonderful service I received here today. I left smiling, happy that I had a replacement and didn't need to do anything except get into my rental and drive off.

I had an awesome experience at the Enterprise in Burlingame. The staff were super friendly and professional. They had 3 Teslas available and made sure to check each one to find the one with the most charge for us, even though the highest was just over 20%. They also helped us locate convenient charging stations along our route for the day, and everything went smoothly. Despite being busy, the pick-up and drop-off were seamless. I’ll definitely be using this location again.

Adrian assisted me in my rental. He was very helpful and I can tell he is a super nice person by interacting with him and his overall demeanor. He got me into a rental at a reasonable rate. My time there was efficient and I was on the road with the rental truck in no time. Thx Adrian!

Reserved a SUV, got to the location, San Francisco Downtown Offarell and got a low mileage Durango. Driving around with my wife, the radio/ car play display goes out. My wife wanted to go to a party, but we needed to exchange the SUV before our trip. Called ahead, location was still open and I met Deanna who looked at the car, played around with the knobs and she got it working again. We missed out on the party but were ready for the trip the next day. Nice ride, AC nice and cold in 104 degree weather. Upon return, the check in teammate was the person who assigned me the car, Payton. I told her about the situation which got resolved and she credited me for the time it took away from the rental. I did not expect that, surprised and will be a returning customer to this location.
