Had a great experience at Upward Credit Union today. I am a new client and previously had opened an account for son which was a nice and simple experience. Cathy has been wonderful today and in previous sessions as well. Will definitely be referring my closest family and friends to her. She may be the kindest person to have ever helped me! Upward is way better than any average bank and I look forward to continue to do business here for years to come :)

If you get a chance to work with Susan, it will be a great experience. I worked with her on refinancing a vehicle loan and she made the process very easy. Susan is very friendly and works hard for you. I would definitely recommend her and Upward Credit Union.

Upward credit union has been the best experience I have ever had when it comes to banking. Low rates which make life a lot easier and the customer service is beyond a 10. Cathy in the loan department has been more then helpful. She is very patient and will explain everything in detail so you can better understand.
