Upon landing in Seattle, we made sure to stop at Jack in the Box, my favorite fast-food restaurant that we unfortunately don't have back home in Chicago. I was delighted to find that this Jack in the Box lived up to my expectations. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Their food undeniably tastes better than the largest fast food chain’s. But they lose it out on the overall experience. For this branch nearest the Sea-Tac airport, the unkempt dining area is a turn-off.

Jack in the box is one of my favorite when I lived in West Coast. I stopped by there to get a shake when I stayed at a nearby hotel. Staff is very friendly and seem they were trying to catch up the processing the order, but it took very long time to receive my order. Maybe because at a night time and short handed, but they need to improve a processing time.

Slowest service ever. Waited until 6 am, when the dining room opens, and they still didn't want to open the door. I had to walk around to the drive thru to get them to open the dining room .They finally took my order, then I waited 15 minutes for 4 egg and cheese biscuits . We had to leave the hotel at 7am to catch a flight home. Terrible staff that doesn't care, service here is almost non existent

super fast no I was the only one in line at the drive-thru it took 45 seconds can I ordered three egg rolls which usually takes 3 minutes they must have had some already cooked in Dunked them real quick to heat them up again which doesn't taste any difference and they didn't forget the sauce which they sometimes do.
