The staff here are actually extremely helpful and kind. This has not been my experience at a lot of other pharmacies. They have a tough job and you just have to realize they deal with rude people all day.

Waited 2 days for a prescription pick up and we had to call multiple times to reach someone. Employees were no help. They told us the medication is over the counter and we can come pick up at anytime, but it's NOT. Employees are just lazy and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

In my opinion this CVS pharmacy is like most other pharmacy's. Prices are a little high, on everything from bandages, aspirin, skin care products, and there food they carry a little high. They have staff, that really are not very attentive to what customers are needing, or looking for. And I don't like there policy of you have to buy two of something to get the sale price. Or buy two, and get third free. For a single person this does not pay off. And at times things are not even priced, on shelf. So you have to scan the item. And that machine is not easy to use, plus inconvenient. Only thing I can say most positive, is pharmacist does know how to give painless vaccines. Be it flu shots, shingles shots, or other vaccines. 💉

6 of my last 7 visits to this pharmacy have resulted in me walking away without the medication I needed. These visits include: - Prescriptions filled that we're no longer taking - Prescriptions filled of the wrong type or dosage - Prescriptions not ready after receiving a text message that they were ready - Prescriptions not ready 4 days after submitted by our doctor - Prescriptions not ready until the next day that were supposed to be ready in "30 minutes" This place is truly awful.

Need new employees: bad at customer service, worse at their actual job. Employees can use a refresher on basic customer service skills and new computer and insurance training.
