When they don't damage your car, Park N Jet is okay even if the shuttles sometimes run later than advertised, sometimes a 30min wait. When they damage your car, it's a different story. They took over a month to get back to me, called me from an unlisted line, and have some story about how they've been trying to get back to me repeatedly. Then why is the first voicemail / email from yesterday? Also told me the entry photos would clearly show pre-existing damage, but without providing any evidence whatsoever, they are claiming my car wasn't damaged on the lot. Anyways all this to say -- this a dishonest business. Won't be coming here again. Update: I've switched my business to another lot, much better shuttle situation, and no valet parking. Unless you're getting a super low rate, maybe $10 a day, there are better businesses out there, and you can avoid the maybe 1 in 100 odds that Park N Jet will damage your car and leave you with the bill.

CAUTIONS: RAT INFESTATION IN THE PARKING LOT My car got damaged by rats while parked in this facility, costing me over $4,000 in repair. The management denied its financial reliability and didn't reimburse me any of the repair costs telling me the business was not "insured" for that. I would not recommend anyone to use this business.

One of the drivers broke our luggage, we filed a claim and it’s going on two weeks and no one has reached out. They are unprofessional and don’t care about your and your personal belongings. I would not recommend to park here unless you want your stuff thrown around!

I used to use Master Park and found that they didn’t have great customer service. I turned to Park n Jet the last two times I had to go on trips and was pleasantly surprised. Easy to book, good prices, and most of all, the guys who pick you are quick and efficient! This is a good company with nice employees.
