A little dated but they’re in the process of updating. Service great. Breakfast pretty good for hotel breakfast. Comfy. Clean. Be mindful of the airport shuttle. Had a cab company pose as the free hotel shuttle and charge us $20 for a 3 minute ride to the airport. The hotel immediately made it right when I called and complained. The hotel was super pricey though. I stay in the equiv or better in Denver for half the price.

Great location right next to the airport, they offer a free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and welcoming even at 10:50 at night. The room was clean and did not smell like your basic hotel. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled great and was a good quality. The shower had great water pressure and could get scalding hot. The bed was a bit hard, but good enough for a decent night sleep after a long flight. The parking garage is underground with a gate, so a nice peace of mind for the safety of your car. The waffles at breakfast were really good and unique flavors, I tried the banana. Overall, I highly recommend.

I would have given it a 5 star, but the renovation in the lobby area dropped it. I was really impressed with the rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Way way better than the La Quinta we stayed in downtown Seattle. They have free shuttles to the airport and to a nearby mall. They even have shuttles to Pier 91 for cruises. If I knew that, I would have stayed there and took a shuttle to the pier because the free breakfast was good. The usual hot breakfast at all Hampton Inn & Suites. The staff was excellent. Check in was smooth, and we got to check in a bit earlier than regular check-in time.

The hotel is undergoing major maintenance and renovation, so you can smell the construction; however this was clearly mentioned by the hotel. More importantly the room in itself didn’t smell of construction and was well maintained. The staff is helpful too. The location is very good and close to airport. They do offer free shuttle service too!

Great place! Renovated room that was very clean and spacious. Climate control kept the room nice and cool like I prefer. Room was quiet, didn’t hear much hallway noise or airport noise (double-paned window). Quick shuttle service. Friendly staff. No complaints about breakfast. Overall a good value here!
