I cannot believe this place has such negative reviews. Tania at the front desk was the sweetest and best person. The shuttle driver was really great as well. Rooms were super spacious and clean. I am overall very impressed and happy with my stay! We have been to 8 different hotels across the country in the last few weeks and have not received as great of service than from here. So grateful to have come across this hidden gem and meet such amazing people!

This was the best Red Roof Inn I have stayed at in a while. The common areas were clean, the rooms were so nice and clean. The parking area felt safe. I loved that it was such a close walk to the train to take into Seattle. The woman at the front desk was so nice to help explain the way the fares worked on the trains (a bit different than other cities). I was so happy to stay here for 2 nights while we were traveling cross-country.

The hotel could use some remodeling. Rooms are clean and spacious but are very dated, and they show. The walls, floors, and ceilings are thin. I could hear al the noises from above and next room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The train station and airport are also within walking distance. We used the shuttle service because we had big luggage. The shuttle picked us up within 4 minutes of our call. The driver was very nice and helpful.

The shuttle had no air conditioning in mid July. We still tipped the driver. Room was free of bed bugs. We checked under mattresses and chairs. AC worked well. Not insulated so could hear the other guests above and beside. We were super late checking out, and the front desk people were really nice about it and didn't give us a problem. We really appreciated that. For it's proximity and price, we'd stay here again

It's conveniently located next to the airport. We got off a plane late and left for home early. The room was comfortable, but the front-end staff was not pleasant. They did have hot coffee in the lobby in the morning, and the price was very good for Seattle.
