Manager was so rude to me. I did something incorrectly at the pump (yes my fault), went inside when requested to correct it, tried to pay, and she snapped at me for not having cash and told me to “just leave”. I tried to pay and I understand that they needed cash, the issue was my fault, but the manager was extremely rude about it and made me feel stupid and the entire experience was unnecessarily bad. The associate who talked to me was very nice though. People make mistakes and businesses should be prepared to deal with them in a manner that encourages their customers to come back.

Well, I'm done trying to appeal to the version of customer service here. I'm told to leave my property on the floor at the front of the store. I am harassed everytime I use the restroom because one time I took a few minutes with my stomache problems and bad back. Yolanda accused of bathing in the bathroom. She also repeatedly hung up on me when I called. Tina the manager, was shocking and argumentative. They empty the shelves of the wine I like to buy on purpose because of when I complained of rudeness and also was accused of knocking things off of the shelf deliberately. (Not the wine) Well, I quit drinking so it's good that it's not important to you to sell it! Tina, Yolanda, the assistant manager and this latest woman they hired need to go bye-bye. I've also found a better place for coffee. I was going to head a letter to some kind of corporate office, but why waste my energy? If they don't know what goes on or care, then what goes around will come around. Just read the "professional" response from the "owner". I rest my case.

I've been using this gas station multiple times per day for over a year now. Prices are rather competitive but the customer service has been deteriorating over the past year. The manager with the blond hair doesn't hold any standard and likely is lazy when it comes to training this team on the basics of cash handling and proper customer service. She even lacks the skills needed to build a loyal customer base, as she constantly hires new employees that clearly couldn't care less about retaining they're employment. The location is prime, but it's not good enough to treat customers poorly and fail to train employees on the basics. Lately, she has been forced to cover the overnight shift and can't manage to maintain a friendly demeanor even interacting with the customer. How hard can it be?
