I had set an appointment to have my tires replaced. I brought my vehicle in at 4pm on Sunday and was told that it would be about 2 hours. 2 hours later I call to find the store had closed. Nobody said, "We close at 6pm so you may need to leave your car overnight." Nobody said they'd have it until the next day. Fortunately, I had a friend drive me but due to not having my vehicle, I called into work. It's now 1030am the next day and no one has called. I've called 3 times waiting for 15+ mins and have not talked to the tire center or customer service. I am now arranging how to get there so I can move on with my day. These processes need to be thoroughly reviewed. Entirely unacceptable.

The store was not crowded. It was easy to walk around and find the things I wanted. Everything I wanted was easily accessible. I used the store application to check out online. This helps me to avoid the lines at the checkout. I just click pay and walk to the door. Once the door scanner checks my cart, I am on my way. Shopping is less stressful using the app.

I usually really like shopping here, but I take issue when Employees take up the FAMILY Bathroom while mothers with children have to stand outside of it and wait. This isn't the first time it's happened, and I can't fit multiple kids into a regular stall in the women's bathroom.. Do Better

Our dog locked us out of car, the keys were in the ignition and it was running. I asked an employee in the parking lot for help. No questions asked he was on the phone calling a locksmith and offered to pay. we didn't let him but the offer was above and beyond. By the end we had three employees helping us, including getting an umbrella for the locksmith.

My friend and I were on a road trip from Tennessee to Savannah when a piece of wood got stuck in our tire and it started to leak. We needed to make it home which was 6 hours away and did not want to risk driving that whole way on a bad tire. We went to Sam's because I have a warranty for my tires there, but the staff were extremely rude. We were told there was no way they could fix the tire until away 4 days. The staff member was impatient, rude, and unhelpful. I was really disappointed when we make the payments to shop there, and pay for the autocare services. I was expecting to at least be treated decently, even if there was not availability. Walmart Auto care took care of us right away, and they were full with appointments also. I was hoping being a Sam's member would mean more as a loyal customer.
