Upon arriving, we walked up to the waitress and asked if any seats were available. She pointed to an available table. From that point forward, none of the three waitresses served us; didn't even approach us. They appeared to just stand around. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we decided to attempt to order online through GRAB; it worked, but it was about 10 minutes late. 10 or so minutes after I approached the bar to pick up my order. I expect that they cooked it quickly. When we received our order, it looked "quickly" cooked and the fries weren't good. The chicken tenders were better than they looked, but we were starving after waiting an hour and a half. The waitresses never approached us. While waiting at the bar, there was a young man who appeared to be single handedly working that entire half the store himself, moving from table to table quickly, and he took care of me while I waited. A guy beside us got up and left without food, and the people that took his place were never approached. All the tables next to the host station were waited on. They all ordered, got served, and left while we sat there.

Alyssa our server and the food was good. The bartender, apparently must have been new. On a Tuesday afternoon, not what I would call a busy afternoon in an airport, must not have a lot of ambition or motivation to make sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner, unbelievably slooooowwwwww! Too bad, missed out on a lot more revenue, not just from us, but it appeared, the other tables around us were thirsty as well.

Grabbed food to go while waiting for a delayed flight. We waited 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. I ordered the jet chicken farro bowl and my husband ordered the cockpit (Nashville hot sandwich) after trying to order the quesadilla and learning they were out of pulled chicken. Upon opening my bowl, it appeared they gave me more of a salad and less of a grain bowl as it didn’t have any farro. I went back, received a small condiment cup of farro, and was informed that is the normal amount for the farro based bowl. My husband’s sandwich was so mushy that the toast on the bottom couldn’t be eaten. The chicken itself was good though. After paying $50 for sub par food, I wouldn’t have high expectations when choosing to eat here.

I just left Club Level Grill after ordering a burrata salad to go. Upon getting on my flight and opening the box, I was *shocked* to have received this. A few tomatoes and some cut up(?) scraps of bread. This salad plus a water cost $25. Not only am I frustrated, I feel cheated that I can’t get off the plane and get my money back. Truly disappointing and disrespectful to me as a customer.

Kayla was my waitress and the only server at the time I was there. She was very efficient and responsive despite a rush of customers at the time I dined. She was pleasant and took her time to get the order down correctly. I was very impressed with her attitude and composure in a very hectic environment. The food was delivered hot and was delicious.
