The bad reviews posted by other people had me worried, but I had a pretty decent breakfast (and no problems) at 8:30 AM on a Wednesday. In the mornings, they just have one employee working (I assume she's the manager) and she is both your cashier and your cook. She did a good job on my breakfast, and I enjoyed it. Later in the day, a second employee comes in to help with lunch rush time.

Flying out of Portland yesterday and just wanted a quick bite to eat. 45 minutes after ordering we got our food and dashed onto our plane. The fries were cold, one burger was correct, the other burger was not. Worst fast food experience I've ever had, it ended up just being a funny experience and we had trail mix in our carry-on so worked out.

There were long lines everywhere for food, so we decided to try Burger King. Waited forever to order and again to get food. They have no ice and then closed shortly after we got our food because they didn’t have help! Airport is nice but better eat before you get here.

I ordered from the kiosk, which severely limited customization options but was otherwise okay. It wasn't until after I ordered that I noticed that a single employee was expected to handle *everything* at this location. Despite his heroic efforts, he was way behind on orders, and when it finally came time to make my order, he informed me he was out of 2 of my items (out of 3). To his credit, he offered to make me whatever he had for no extra charge, but that really wasn't a good deal for me. Five stars for this guy, who stayed positive in a work environment that borders on abusive. When I asked for a refund he called his supervisor, who eventually showed up but had to call a second supervisor in order to work the system. In the end my order was supposedly voided, but I'll just have to wait and check my credit card later to be sure. Everyone kept their cool and was friendly, which earns a second star in such a poorly run business. But in the end I lost half an hour and gained only an extra chore. My visit was significantly worse for having tried to order food here. Owners/managers: even captive audiences have standards. Please have some as well!

Nice quick sandwich before getting on the plane. Service is good for an airport food. It is clean and nice and slow service. it's all good. Coffee could have been better, but it was nice and warm. So no Coffee aroma around here 😕. “What does it mean to pre-board? Do you get on before you get on?” -- George Carlin
