I’ll start this by saying the floor staff and especially the manager are very kind & helpful people, this review is for the pharmacy staff. The experience I had today with the head female pharmacist and the short haired female pharmacy tech was outright horrible. I tested positive for Covid and needed to get medicine and other supplies my doctor told me to go get. I wore a mask, and as I was trying to tell the tech I would hold the items up so she could scan them no contact, she pointed her finger at me and LOUDLY said “YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS STORE” when I explained my doctor had sent me, she along with the lead Pharmacist told me I should have had someone come get the items for me. I explained I don’t have anyone to do that for me and I’m doing my best. She continued to berate me, qualifying her actions as “her being scared to get sick….and if we get sick the whole pharmacy shuts down because of you…” I began crying and she didn’t change her tone, just kept up with the treatment until I finally was able to get my things and walk away. As I walked away I heard her and the other woman laughing at me. The manager was very kind & understanding… he recommended a delivery service I could use in the future (which I didn’t know about prior) and made sure I was okay before I left. I wish I’d never have to go back there… but sadly this the only pharmacy in town. A very upsetting experience.

It is my hope that CVS staff will reflect on the issue that caused me upset and ensure improvement as a result of asking how they can change to avoid a recurrence of the intense stress for me as a patient/client and perhaps for them. They are part of a critical medical team for patients/clients yet their interaction with me about filling an insulin prescription lacked any recognition of this partnership I thought I had and frankly need with my pharmacy team. Sadly have typically experienced more respect and understanding in just about all other transactions in my 78 years .

Had a terrible experience in the pharmacy today. Rude bald middle aged male pharmacy tech was harassing me. Tried to withhold my Rx, wrongfully. Disclosed my private medical information loudly to the store, and then on Bradford Street. This violates several laws. And I can hear him screaming on the phone to another customer. He's been like this before to me and others. Busy body who thinks he's a MD.

Great CVS. I’m not sure how much can really be said about this place other than it’s very clean and the staff has always seemed attentive and caring every time I’ve been in there. The layout is questionable, but that’s a minor grievance. I wish they had better hours, especially given the late nights many people spend in Provincetown, but maybe they close on purpose to avoid the drunks......

I've been a customer of CVS pharmacies coast to coast for many years. The absolute best is in Provincetown Ma. The most friendly, helpful people in the pharmacy and all through the store. Great service by terrific people.
