I used NK Self Storage to rent a U-haul and was provided outstanding service! The site managers checked me in very promptly and were super friendly. Even during a very busy rush of clients, they offered to help my husband unhook the trailer from our vehicle. Even though it wasn't necessary, it was very kind of them to offer. The entire process was seamless and almost effortless. Keep up the great work!

Above and beyond service. We rented a Uhaul through them for a weekend move. They were able to add on a day and extra miles at pickup for free. When we were getting ready to drop off at another location, we discovered some of the mileage had not made it on our paperwork so we called them and they said there had been a computer glitch. Even though I should have noticed it when signing the paperwork, they took care of it and made sure we didn't pay extra. This was a huge relief since we had so many moving expenses. The staff at NK Self Storage were so friendly and helpful with each interaction. They really helped us out and I would definitely recommend them!

These folks are the best! We moved to Poulsbo last fall, and I rented the truck with hopes of closing when we expected, they were really understanding and flexible if we had to cancel our truck rental last minute. Everything went as planned fortunately. The day we moved was really cold, and icy in the mornings, we rented the truck for 24 hours, and even though the truck was due back by 9am, they said not to worry about bringing it back a little later, since the roads might be icy, no over-charge, they just wanted us to be safe. That's why I would recommend NK Storage to anyone, they have that extra personal touch, and they care. They have all the moving and storage supplies you can think of, we rented moving blankets and bought boxes and packaging tape, made it a one-stop shop. If you're moving or need some extra storage space, definitely come by North Kitsap Storage in Poulsbo!

Issue: Theft. We stored our RV on site based on the facility having cameras where RVs were stored. We assumed it was a safe place for the RV. Nope! Our RV and several other RVs were broken into. Numerous items were stolen including TV, DVD player, and other large dollar items. When we notified the office they immediately went on the defensive. It turned out we were not the first RV to be broken into and their cameras were not aimed in the right direction to pick anything up. What’s more, the office staff didn’t make any effort to review the footage to see if they could pick anything up. All they asked about is would they be able to rent out our spot at the end of the month or would we be returning.
