The service is friendly as are the patrons. I ordered a pork sandwich with all the extras. It was pretty good. It was large enough for two meals. They have a decent selection on tap. If you like to try some different beers, this could be a good spot for you. The atmosphere was okay, it just felt dated and was dark. The table felt sticky, not because it was dirty, but probably because it was just cleaned and it felt humid in the restaurant. The church pew was a clever touch and the variety of seating was nice, although some of the seats could use a cushion or padding. IMHO, a lower humidity and temperature, touching up the inside so it feels less dark, and padded seats will all help improve the atmosphere.

Stopped in to Craft Ale House on to grab a quick bite to eat with my son and had a fabulous meal. Anyone can cook a really good high quality steak but it’s the restaurants that do the common foods well. I just wanted a plate of pulled pork and asked the kitchen to throw in all the toppings to make a nice hearty protein meal and they knocked it out of the park. The pork was tender and flavorful, the side of Au Jus was a perfect complement without being too salty, like most tend to be. The long hots were actually HOT!! Perfect temperate not to take away from taste of the pork. Side salad had a nice homemade blue cheese that made me crave some good Buffalo Wings to dip, hopefully next time. My son loves their homemade chicken strips and the fries have a fantastic spice (think rosemary) and great dipping sauce. Glad I live close, can’t wait to go back!!

Met up with old college friends for a bit of a reunion. It had also been awhile since eating at the Ale House. I found the menu to be full of interesting dishes. The entrees and apps we got were all very good. Our server was funny and very attentive. The live music was a bonus that livened up the Tuesday night.

Beer selection is awesome, and the food is great. They have a pretty small menu these days, but it is all good. The swordfish bites on the appetizers are superb. Pork belly and swordfish entree are also great. Live music on the weekends. Outdoor patio too.

A great place to visit for good food and drinks after shopping at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. The sweet potato soup is amazing, as are the deserts. They have limited menus items, but we haven't been disappointed by our choices so far.
