Rebuilt but starting to deteriorate again. Broken windows not repaired. Stair treads worn out and not replaced. Given what my company pays for us to park there you would think the city of Pittsfield would keep it up better.

Pay parking is not the answer. Free 90 minute parking that is monitored will take care of residents and downtown employees parking there all day which was the problem that downtown visitors had with the parking in the first place.
