Hands down, one of the best theaters I've been to! It was so cute and clean, the staff was all very nice & friendly! And not to mention how much cheaper it is than my local major movie theater (regal) - this theater is a little over an hour away from my house & it's now the only theater I want to visit! The seats were so comfy, the heating part of the seat was perfect on my back, plenty of space, the screen was perfect size, the theater was very clean, and the bathroom was clean. The popcorn was great, and we could get beer, ice cream, AND butter our own popcorn, which I thought was pretty neat!!!! Hands down will absolutely be back again, the seats were so comfortable & it was so much better than my local big major chain movie theater.

I have always loved going to this theater. However, they have nothing to be proud of for celebrating their five-year anniversary here in Pittsfield MA. Upon arrival of the theater one of the entry doors was blocked off . I used the facilities to wash my hands. There was a sink on the 1st floor that was out of order with a soaking wet paper sign inside the sink that was 1/2 full of water. The theater itself was clean but the material on the seats were extremely warn & the popcorn was stale. We sat in the top row, E in theater 6 & about 10 minutes before the climax (end) of the movie there was an employee that was mucking about with a window directly above us. SUPER distracting!! Then I used the restroom upstairs after the movie before leaving & NONE of the toilet paper was fixed into the dispensers. FYI… this was a matinee. 25 year Pittsfield resident & I will NOT be returning!

I came to this beautiful city just to look around for the first time decided to go to this cinema to watch a movie at 3:50 in the afternoon called the watchers. I got to the theater and they told me that they we’re no longer showing that movie at 3:50 they could’ve taken it off the Internet ahead of time so nobody wasted their time coming to this theater. So now my trip to this city turned into a nightmare. I recommend no one come to the theater unless you want disappointment. It’s nothing but false advertisement.

I really love this movie theater but today the young employees in there really upset me. It was myself and my 3 young children today attempting to see Despicable Me 4. Today was my 4 year olds first time riding an escalator she was extremely terrified but as my oldest had already hopped on I then encouraged my 4 and 1 year old to hop on as well. My daughter had a panic attack and dropped her drink and by the time I got to the top with my children she was having a meltdown saying she was so scared. The employee checking tickets watched the whole thing happen. After the movie was over I found out that there was 2 alternate routes and that young man NEVER ONCE mentioned a thing.

Brought my kids there to see King Kong/Godzilla and it was awesome. They have heated reclining seats that were really comfortable. The sound system for the movie was really good as well as the video quality. I will be going back.
