I love this station! However to anyone new it might be confusing. If you're going south you need to get dropped off west of the tracks. If you're going North it's East of the tracks, After a vegetation wall, through a little street next to the Glass building. Also be aware that sometimes trains Swap lines because they share it with Amtrak. Always pay attention to the overhead speaker or use the site for detailed times.

I take the train every day to work from Cypress to WPB. It's an hour ride on the train or an hour drive on rt 95, either way you look at it. I spend $75 to ride 2,400 miles every month. That's $0.03 per mile. Many people complain about how late it always is, but please believe me, trains run on time within 7 minutes. The rare occasion (once every 2 months or so) when there is an accident or an issue which creates a longer delay, I've always been able to get an Uber or friend to drive to get me to my destination. Not perfect, but can be a very cheap and relaxing alternative to driving for hours on 95 at your own expense and putting more wear and tear on your vehicle.

Never had an issue using tri rail but they don’t run as late.

Sketchy just like all the other tri rail stations. Always late and very unreliable. I find myself driving more and more every week. Why do i even bother with this thing. The trains constantly smell as if they are i giant moving portolete. Sewage water from the restrooms constantly on the floor. The seats have questionable stains on them that make me want to stand my entire ride. Hopefully someone from tri rail reads this review because im not the only one that feels this way. One good thing is that all the staff is friendly. Remember ...... I take tri rail and im never late! πŸ‘πŸ‘ Fix your issues tri rail before i take it to the news and you can bs them and let them know how you plan on fixing your issues. I see a nice new tri rail building going up in pompano but trains in disrepair and dirty. How about we get the trains operational before building a nice new building.

That is it awful Tri-Rail station in that when it rains you walk through puddles of water trying to go to the machine to purchase a ticket you get wet while you're purchasing a ticket because there is no cover over the machines and that place could be better than that it's like a waste of taxpayers money for them to build that station and have all those flaws.
