Stay away from this dump. There are more things wrong with this place than right. Stayed in Room 201, dirty, dingy, disgusting on all levels. The only things good. No bedbugs and no roaches. Not sure how that's possible with look and feel of this room. I checked the bed and the mattress cover was stained with goodness only knows what. Burned blanket, floors dirty, bathroom tub, so stained with dirt it looks like it wouldn't come off with Comet. My husband sank on his side of the bed. The same guy that checked me in was there when I left in the morning and he was asleep as I walked out the door. There was a cleaning lady but not sure what they are paying her for...Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. Never again!

A very big disappointment at this location. We had booked for 3 nights stayed one night and left. The room was a disaster- sink facet broken - came off in your hand. The shower hand nozzle mount was broken - to shower you had to hold the unit all the time or spay water all over the room. The toilet seat was broken. The soap holder in the shower was broken off the tile leaving a hole in the wall. One lamp was not plugged in - upon inspection a prong from the cord was broken in the outlet so nothing could be plugged in that outlet. The tiny closet had one hanger. If the bathroom door was left open you could not get into your room as the 2 doors swung into each other. I was not expecting a high end hotel, but this was so substandard my husband labeled it the Bates Hotel. We would have left right away but were traveling with another couple. We roughed out one night but would tell everyone to stay away from this place.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL RANCID!!!! nasty smells stay far away lady at front is a loose cannon & dosent care about anything gave me a room with a broke faucet cigarette burns in blanket stinks & had never to bang on door at 10:59 as if someone wants to be in that dumb house keeper was yelling she needed to clean as if it had been cleaned before I came she was cleaning with no spray they are horrible stay away have the nerve to charge ppl to stay in filth but hey I guess they are used to it never again this place should be burned down

Big trap, do NOT go there, all dirty and bad smell in the room. The complex is run down on the bed are hairs from other people and it is noisy. never again.

- Bed sheets were simply DISGUSTING. I had to ask for clean ones and change them myself. While changing, found SAND underneath the dirty ones. - A permanent water leask from the shower head, coming all the time. It was like there was someone habing a bath while we were sleeping. - Air Conditioner noisy as hell. In the morning some airplanes passed by the building, and their sound were more bearable than the air conditioner's. - DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY floor. Beyond the impregnated dirty, there is a lot of dust / sand. There's no way we can walk barefoot inside the room. - Poor quality soap. I couldn't find another place to go in the same night I came in this place, but I'll make everything possible to have a decent place for my second night in Pompano Beach.
