Pleasantly surprised how well this theater is kept clean and maintained. Theaters were very clean and floors were not sticky! Seats were in great shape. Concessions were normal and middle of the road. Overpriced but part of the experience. Popcorn overcooked and they don’t offer salt u less you buy the flavored salt. They do have a freestyle Coca Cola machine which gives you a lot of drink options.

Great movie theater so good that I will go out of my way to go to this one as oppose to the one that's closer to me. I always see workers with brooms dusting up popcorn and I've never had a problem with garbage in the movie theater before the movie starts. Bathrooms are always relatively clean but with so many people coming in and out constantly its difficult to keep it 100% clean and I understand that. Never gotten stale/old popcorn Never gotten stale/expired candy I simply wouldnt recommend getting any food other than drinks, popcorn, and candy, maybe nachos because their hot dogs and pizza and chicken are just... not good I would rather go across the street and get before I see my movie as oppose to eating in their.

Haven’t been to the movies for a long time and decided to treat the family recently. Everything was going great until we sat down to see the movie. The theater, 11, room was very hot, so I spoke with someone requesting they turn on the A/C which they said they would ask someone to do. Another guest also left to ask about the air. After about 45 minutes, we had to leave because we were sweating and miserable. I used to love going to see movies at the theater growing up, and I wanted my kids to have the same experience as I used to have. I think those days are long gone. Maybe they were just having an off-day. $60+ to see a movie with a drink and popcorn? No thank you. I’ll just wait a month and watch it at home.

I’ve being in pensacola for a little over two years and this is my first time coming to the movie theaters here. As soon as I walked in to get my ticket the lady on the front was very attentive. Chairs inside are very comfortable, bathrooms were pretty clean and all over movie theater was nice and well maintained.
