Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn't look like much but the rooms are very cozy and clean, everyone is friendly, and it is connected to a bar/ bowling alley that has delicious food.

Stayed one night while on road trip. Staff were exceptionally kind & helpful! Rooms are dated but impeccably clean. Beds & pillows are comfortable. Slept well. Felt safe. Pool looked clean, but we didn’t swim as we didn’t have time. Fairly extensive exercise area also. Looked great! Breakfast was basic, yet tasty & did the job. Would definitely stay again. Fun fact: The Lanes pub/restaurant is accessible through the hallways & the pizza is fantastic!!! There is a bowling alley there also but did not play.

Nice hotel in the Northwoods. Extremely friendly staff. The room was a little dated (bathroom fan was noisy), but other than that it was a fine stay. It is conveniently located on 13 right in Park Falls, with a Kwik Trip next door that you can walk across the parking lot to. Pet friendly as well, so that was nice and only an additional $10 for the pet. Would recommend as a possible place to stay while visiting the area.

Great hotel for a small town and the room was clean. The room was clean and spacious. There are USB charging ports on the reading lamps by the bed; however, they only actively charged while the lights were turned on making it difficult to use for charging devices over night. We had requested a ground floor room as they don't have an elevator and had a party member that can't easily climb stairs. They readily accommodated our request and gave us an accessible room. It was very spacious and had many grab bars in the bathroom for those in a wheelchair or needing them. The pool and hot tub were average and had a very strong chlorine smell, but they had a shower available in the pool room for rinsing off. There is a bowling alley and bar/lounge connected to the hotel, which was very convenient. The pizza from the bar was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Wonderful place. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They have a restaurant, bar and bowling alley attached to the hotel along with a pool, hot tub and fitness center. The rooms are a little dated but they are working on updates. They also recently updated their equipment in the fitness center. We had a wonderful stay and loved the bowling alley. Will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
