It was so good we ate here twice! Great beer selection. Smokehouse burger is on point with a Gouda wheel, pulled pork and onion ring on the yummy burger. Coleslaw was good. Mac and cheese was better lol Nachos were delicious

Just had an absolutely delightful visit to The Banks Alehouse in Fairbanks, and I can't help but share the joy! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, making it the perfect backdrop for a casual outing. Opted for their bacon burger this time, and it was a decision I didn't regret. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with the bacon adding just the right amount of crispiness and smokiness. Every bite was a little piece of heaven! The staff were incredibly welcoming, adding to the positive vibes of the place. They seemed genuinely happy to serve and ensure that every guest was having a great time. The alehouse had a fantastic selection of craft beers, which complemented the meal beautifully. It was bustling with folks enjoying the games on the big screens, yet the service remained attentive and prompt. What really set The Banks Alehouse apart was the combination of great food, a lively atmosphere, and heartwarming hospitality. It felt like more than just a meal; it was an experience that lifted my spirits. Definitely the place to go in Fairbanks if you're looking to have a good time and enjoy some delicious food. Can't wait to return and try more from their menu!

Solid dining experience. The service was fast and friendly, the food was good. One of the better meals we had during our trip visiting Fairbanks. Not my favorite place but would visit again!

Zoe was my server, and she was top-notch! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone in Alaska has been friendly to me, but her kindness was absolutely genuine. And the food. Oh. My. Lawd. I will post pictures regardless if they do it justice or not. The ribs: tender and fell right off the bone swept with a sweet glaze bbq sauce. The brisket: Like butter. I dont even know why they gave me a knife, I cut it with my fork, and it was absolutely devine. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to chill out and eat a delicious meal.

The Banks Alehouse is a place where you’d go if you were looking for a Fridays or a Chili’s. They are an American fare type restaurant. My buddy had the burger which he said was decent. I had the Seared Salmon Filet. I asked if it was Alaskan Salmon and they couldn’t answer me without going to the back to ask. The sauce that comes with it is quite tarted. It came with Mexican street corn off the cob and rice. It was rather bland otherwise. The French Onion soup was delightful. They have a bar room where they hold events. If you are looking for a sports bar with a great selection of alcohol this is your place. They have TV screens all over. The service was mediocre as it was difficult to grab one’s attention. You can try this restaurant if you want American Fare.
