Nice and comfortable stay. Love the open layout. The check in process takes quite long per person if there's a line, and the rooms are alright, but some things aren't dialed in (bathroom door scrapes on the floor when opening, lights in non-bedroom part of suite were too dim). That said, overall it was a nice stay. Spacious lobby, nice breakfast, and good fitness center.

I stayed here twice within 2 weeks in June 2024. It's a great facility overall with good service, good location and a good breakfast bar. My significant complaint concerns the HVAC in the 2 different rooms I stayed in. I can't speak for the rest of the rooms but the 2 I stayed in could not be cooled down. The first one I was finally able to get to 67 degrees which was decently cool to help me sleep. The most recent stay, I could not get the room cooler than 74 degrees. I knew to shut the sun out, keep the bathroom door closed, etc. The AC did not cool adequately nor was the humidity reduced enough to sleep comfortably. For $300+ I expect to be able to cool a room down to my preferred sleeping temperature. I also paid a premium for the AAA park and stay - paid parking was supposed to be included in the price. However, upon check-in the clerk told me I had to pay the extra $12 to park. I tried to explain to him that I had already paid for it but he said he was sorry that parking is managed by an independent contractor. What the heck?! It's so disappointing because everything else here is wonderful but I won't be back, which I regret.

First, I have to leave a great review for chef Albert. He was awesome with people. Very friendly and attentive. Not to mention, the omelet was great. Sunny at the front desk was wonderful at check-in. The staff was great. Helpful and kind. The overall stay was a good one. The rooms are a tad outdated. For such a large hotel, the pool is a little small.

Albert is an awesome chef. He is friendly, kind and great to talk too. I would come back here just to chat with him. The omelettes he made were phenomenal, and the presentation was top chef worthy.

The front desk staff was extremely helpfully when my employers credit card was declined and still roomed me while they tried for 2 days to get the authorization corrected. Jeniffer R was awesome. The breakfast buffet and made to order omelette cooks have great memories as we stay here once a month for business. Marshall and Albert are personable, efficient and make a great omelette or waffle. Nate and Barbara and the other staff clean and buss tables as fast as they are vacated. House keeping run by Darrell, has a great staff delivering toiletries and towels every other day.
