This was not an easy parking lot to find a Turo car. You have to go down an escalator after taking the tunnel train then up an elevator in this parking garage. If you're new to this, you'll have to ask for directions like I did. The Phoenix Sky Harbor airport has multiple parking garages and if you weren't given specific directions, you will struggle to find what you're looking for. Make sure you get a host at Turo who knows what they're doing and gives you step by step instructions. I also had to pay $8 to get out of this parking garage!

Note: signage when you enter only says “Economy LOT,” but follow Google and you’ll get to the garage (past the lots). Cheaper than a Lyft for a weekend trip. And particularly convenient when you only have a carryon. I was driving away to head home before I would have gotten my checked luggage! I’ve noticed I have to book in advance when flying during the holidays. Had tried booking twice before but it was already full. Got it this time! Seven levels and when you drive in, there’s a sign with number of free spots on each.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 1 I would. Not just the garage, but the entire airport! I have lived here for 27 years and it never ceases to amaze me how bad Sky Harbor is. Difficult to navigate (construction all the time); directional signs (apparently we are supposed to guess where the Sky Train is located). Who is in charge of all of this? Are they not literate enough to know that people need signs? Now the parking garage...once again very poorly managed. Try to park in the garage and see if you can scan your ticket to get the gate to raise. Good luck with that! After putting you through enough frustration you have to push a button and hopefully, you can speak to one of their "service" reps. What is the point of having a scanned QR code if it doesn't work? Anyway, once you do connect to a human they have the ability to raise your entry gate. My strong recommendation....PUSH THE BUTTON and call them! This will save you a lot of frustration or, better yet, park somewhere else!

Fast and effective location to park. The Sky Tram runs every 3-4 minutes so getting to the terminals is faster than the old shuttle buses!!

East parking is not what it used to be!! We just had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The price has doubled and is now $14 a day. We also had to search for over 20 minutes to find parking. We were close to panic mode and finally found it in the Overflow section. We had to walk nearly half a mile to the train. There was also no sidewalk or walking path and it wasn't lit. They have shuttle stations set up in East economy, but there are no shuttles that run. We will never use it again unless we are desperate! If we had not arrived extra early for our flight, we probably would have missed it. When we returned, after walking a half a mile in the 108° heat, we had issues with the self-service ticket machines when exiting. They claimed that they were in service, but they were not. There was a big line of us trying to back up in the exit funnel. Was there anyone there to help organize the traffic mess in the exit? Nope!
