Chase Bank is the top bank supporting and bailing out fossil fuel companies, who are destroying precious land and building oil pipe-lines AS WE SPEAK. Covid safety precautions are not being met because they see this as valuable time to up their production. They are ruining the lives of people who live around these areas. Oil is not essential, humanity and mother nature is! Oil should not be the Banks' or the CARES act's priority, right now. I am part of a SMALL company who got NOTHING from you. We were counting on you guys.

Been driving around town for the past hour now trying to find an open bank. Called different locations, some automated system said they were open or closed. I went to the ones that said open and of course, they are closed. This one says they have a drive thru window. They don't. It's just an atm outside. There goes an hour of my life and gas for nothing.

Tried to use the ATM outside to deposit cash. It was out of order. Went inside and was greeted by a man that said rudely “you know there is an ATM outside you could use instead.” Wow! Glad to hear you want a computer to officially take over your job.

I've always had really positive experiences with the staff at this Chase location. It's one of the reasons that I've kept my account with Chase despite not being a fan of the company. I really appreciate the people that I bank with and have always had good service. Chase is lucky that they have such good employees.
