The BWW where I’m from is atrocious and it was so lovely to found a BWW with quality food and servers. Our server was a younger white dude and you just don’t find good customer service from young people like this. Props to him for being so attentive and mannered. Food was perfect!! It was kind of dead in the restaurant which I loved lol (went the day before Christmas so everyone was home)

This is my favorite go to restaurant in Paducah. Or waitress was amazing, food is always plenty, hot & delicious. The sampler is really good. So much food.

When traveling they will NOT accommodate you if you call ahead to preorder to save you time. Update on my review today 3/2020... Fast service and food was on my seat within 10 mins. Today 3/2024 stopped in, been 4 years. Drive past here about 5 to 6 times a years.

I was visiting from out of town, Buffalo Wild Wings is a favorite for my family, so we decided to try this location. Our server Destiny was great, very helpful and sweet. We ordered 2 Tall Michelob Ultras and some waters. Destiny was very quick to get our waters to us. Unfortunately the bartender Heather was unable to pour our beers for a good 15 minutes. She made other drinks being sent through but not ours. When we asked our server about the beers she was very apologetic and did her best to keep reminding the bartender. However while reminding the bartender about our drinks she was very rude towards Destiny about it. Luckily we were able to see these interactions and seen Destiny doing her best to get us our beers. Not all guests are going to be able to see these interactions like we were able to, and see their servers trying. Your bartender is making your servers service seem bad because she is unwilling to make drinks that are sent through to her. That’s not fair to your servers. As a person who has worked in the server industry I know that that can affect tips. Servers tips shouldn’t be put in jeopardy because of a bartender unwilling to do what is in her job description.

Service was slow, refills on drinks had to be asked for not offered and when they ran out of tea instead of making more they made us change what we were drinking. They brought out one person's food long before others food. They said one dish was still cooking or waiting on a specific item to it and when it came out those wings that were "still cookin" were cold and obviously sat for a while. The chicken stips were chewy and under cooked. It was over all a disappointing experience. Yes it was late when we came in however it says online they close at midnight. It was 930 and they were cleaning like they were ready to get out of there. Additionally, it seemed our waitress had a dislike for kids and female customers, she seemed great with the men.
