Just like what others have mentioned, they have PAE as a satellite location. No counter whatsoever, just a sign with contact info which will direct you to a main office located on Hwy 99 that has been a physical location for decades! Renting from Avis was truly a wheel-y, breezy wonderful. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted with service that was top gear. The staff’s efficiency had me off and running in no time, making the whole process smooth and effortless. The car itself was a brand new polished gem, purring like a well-tuned orchestra as we cruised down the highways and freeways. It was clear that Avis goes the extra mile to ensure their vehicles are in prime condition. The interior was spotless and inviting, offering a ride that was nothing short of sublime. This does come with a caveat. The car was brand new. I thought of using corporate discount but at the time thought I was getting a great deal and didn’t need to nickel and dime a small, local business. Hindsight 20/20, they will tack on those extra$, so beware. Everyone is phenomenal. From Tyler, to the manager and Reggie for making return a breeze. I have personally seen how pleasant, warm kind, patient and understanding they are/interact with lessees/customers. Returning the car was as easy as a Sunday morning drive. Avis’s streamlined process ensured I was back on my way in record time, leaving me impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Avis, you’ve earned my steering ovation! Five stars for making my rental experience absolutely a-wheel-ing. Thank you!

During my recent car rental experience at this place, my first rental was great. However, during my second visit, things took a disappointing turn. Despite confirming my reservation beforehand, they didn't have any cars available when I arrived. The employee with a nose ring seemed uninterested and told us, quite sassily, to wait in line like everyone else. The situation was made worse by the lack of communication among the employees, who appeared irritated and didn't handle the issue effectively. To add to the frustration, there were eight people ahead of me in line, all facing the same problem of not getting the vehicles they reserved. The lack of clear communication and coordination among the staff resulted in them giving away cars that belonged to the first customers in line to others, causing even more chaos and disappointment. I would rate this experience a 2 out of 10 due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. It's disheartening to see such mismanagement and disregard for customers' time and expectations. Although I had a positive first experience renting from this place, the second visit left me feeling hesitant about recommending their services to others. Hopefully, they can work on their communication and organizational skills to avoid such issues in the future. 😅

I give one star because I don’t have option of zero star…we made reservations in advance but when we got there to pick up the car, they told us there was no vehicle atm and we are on the 5th of the waitlist. I used Avis for years and it is always good. I have never expected things like this happening. The whole travel plan was ruined by this stupid rental branch. So be careful everyone, the summer of Seattle cannot be wasted by this kind of thing.

Rent here a lot and most of the time no problem. I even get upgrades sometimes without asking. But once in a while will get a car that isn't clean or isn't full of gas, etc. The employees are friendly and try hard to make things right, but I think they may be understaffed. Overall good location.

Had the worst experience with this Avis/Budget location. Needed a rental while my car was in the shop under warranty. Had an associate qoute me at 37.00 with a military discount. Used the car two days and returned it to find a different associate letting me know the quote was not legit and had me pay the higher rate 83.00 a day. This was an oversight, and staff should be properly trained to rent vehicles. Veterans, please do not rent from here.
