Called for a pick up at rear of house because I have a few heavy work bags to take with me. The driver pulls up out front(is about 100 feet of front yard.) I call to remind them to pull around back(10 ft walk) but no answer. They were there for 45 sec then pulled away. I called many times. No answer. I generally tip them decently as usually I get a ride in a decent time. I'm still waiting now.

Called and then setup rides in writing with dates, times, and locations with an email. Second ride into the schedule the cab didn't show. Called the owner and they said that they completely forgot to setup the pickup. 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and after the owner said that the cab was coming, but didn't show, we sent someone else to pickup our rider. Lots of excuses and no delivery.

Called for a cab the other night and Kyle was our driver. He picked us up right away and was so professional. He changed his radio station to the music we liked and was very nice to talk to. He was one of the most cautious drivers we've ever driven with. Couldnt have felt more safe driving with Kyle. If you need a ride call Kyle!!!

I attempted to book a ride online beings I have only Wi-Fi and it of course would have been convenient to utilize. So I wait thinking I was going to get prompt service ... I did this twice before I finally was able to use a phone, an hour later that is... I was told I would have a cab here directly when I asked about how long a lady got in the phone and said it would be an hour because they was in kansas city and one driver was on the clock. Why is it so complicated to get a damn cab in this town,,,

I understand they are probably busy. On the other hand I’m just glad there not fire fighters, the whole town would burn down before they get there. The slowest I mean the slowest in the solar system.... wow
