I really do like it here! Accessible bathroom stalls in the ladies room are small, but most places are the same - there's no space to turn around. At every counter in the lobby there's an accessible lower section allowing you to speak to staff with ease and not have to shout upwards. The staff are lovely, we had booked the wrong tickets but the manager fixed everything in literally two minutes! Others asked us if we needed anymore help. A great team. Even the soda machines have an accessibility option! AND the popcorn butter - one button is very close to the front of the counter. It may be for kids but it worked for me! Thanks AMC Norridge! :)

I came in to watch a movie and was so excited to sit in the comfy seats with recliner but my seat's recliner didn't work. After the movie started I moved to a closer seat upfront but the recliner didn't work there either. For a 3 hr movie it ruined my movie experience for the day. I went up to box office to tell a crew member so I told this young woman with long black hair, a septum ring, and a star patch but she rudely dismissed me telling me I should've told her before the movie so they could've "fixed it". All I wanted was a peaceful Mother's day movie date. If you come here expecting a working recliner you're better off saving your money and going elsewhere.

Nice and cozy for a movie theater. Not many seats though but in this case it's a good thing because you don't have to worry much about others. Pricing is (I guess?) fine at about 15$ a person but I haven't gone to the movies in awhile so don't know if that's considered cheap or expensive nowadays

Outstanding service all together, very comfortable seats recliners make you feel at home, not a bad seat in the house sparkling clean in very good location.

You can definitely hear the theater next to you during quieter moments of the movie your watching. Other than that it's clean and seats are very comfy
