Clean, customer service friendly, went to see Bad Boys Ride or Die my cousin and I had a great time. We ordered mozzarella sticks and kids meal chicken strips and fries everything was fresh hot and tasty. I will for sure come back again. 10/10 highly recommend this area is great for family,friends, dates or even self quality time. Great scenery, attractions and atmosphere.

Cinema was almost empty when we were there which is amazing and we felt like rich people entering it (even though tickets were 18$). You have a waiter who comes when you press a button and you can order food/drinks/snacks an popcorn anytime you want. food was in addition delicious and seats were adjustable. Absolutely amazing! Best cinema experience ever!

I was excited to go to an IPIC theater. This was my first time. This location is great. The theater is very spacious and beautiful. There is beautiful color artwork displayed throughout the theater. Staff was friendly at the ticketing area. Women's bathroom was kept clean. We chose premium plus seating, which are two reclining chairs in a pod. The reclining chairs are specious and comfortable. There is a swivel table with their menu. There is a variety of food and drink to choose from. For my cocktail, I ordered Norma Jeane. I ordered a small butter popcorn and the warm pretzels. The pretzel is served with a side of cheese sauce and honey mustard. Pretzel was really good, and so was the popcorn. Our good experience took a turn real quick. We were in theater 6 for the 9:30pm showing on Saturday 5/25 to see Furiosa. The movie started playing, and I saw that the title of the movie displayed was the movie IF. I was immediately confused and thought I had made a mistake in going in the wrong theater. But then I realized that everyone was getting up with confusion. We all basically thought we were in the wrong theater. We asked staff members what was happening. The staff was very rude. Staff kept saying I don't know what's going on." I only work here." The wrong movie continued to play. A few of us got up to head to the front ticketing desk, but then a staff member walked in and turned the lights on. She came in the theater yelling. She did not address who she was. We could barely hear a thing because the movie IF was still playing. She stated that we had three options. Option#1 We stay and watch the incorrect movie. Option#2 We stay and see if they can change the movie, and they will compensate us. Option# 3 We leave without seeing any movie and get a full refund. Everyone, including myself at theater 6, decided we would stick it out and see what happens. After 35 minutes of the wrong movie playing, they were able to put on Furiosa the correct movie we all paid to see. This movie is 2 1/2 ours long. It was an amazing movie with non-stop action. After the movie was done, we went to the ticketing area. No one was there. Everyone basically left. All guest left without them compensating us. I found a worker, she stated to call the next day and speak to a manager. I called, and I was put on hold, and the call kept dropping, or someone would pick up and hang up the call. Overall, IPIC theater is beautiful, but I highly recommend they hire new employees or send their current employees to customer service training. Some staff members were extremely rude to guests. Everyone was just trying to figure out what was happening. I wish I had the servers name, who was super rude to the guest aside from us. I am still unable to get in contact with management regarding this matter.

Finally the place in the city where you can enjoy a movie and a substantial meal. Each screening room has different types of seating from regular to reclaiming seats and even couches if you want to add cuddling. The food is not top-notch, but totally acceptable for this kind of place. My crab cake sandwich was okay, but fries that came along with were not good. Also, they serve alcohol. Overall, it's a good place, and I will be back

I’ve tried 2 types of seats here and I liked both. Front seats are not reclining seats but you can lay down very comfortably and also can use tables. You just have to order and pick up snacks or food by yourself, not a problem :). I also tried pod seats and it was amazing too! Great view with comfortable reclining seats and also have half walls around seats with table for privacy. They have a button on a table for calling server to order food. I really enjoyed both experiences and I think it’s not expensive for the whole service. It’s worth it :)! I’m going to go there again!
