This location is the worst location. I have visit in United States. I was racial profile as a shop lifter by the store manager Brandon I was accused. I was manipulated I was embarrassed. Then I was Later apologize to and apologies. I was told you people I’ll look alike. I am African-American who take care of elderly people. I’ve never been arrested. I’ve never done any time in my life. I was Simply visiting CVS pharmacy To pick up a client medication never in 1 million years I would’ve thought you walking in this door I would’ve been accused and Me and my child both are destroyed. I feel like a clown has been put over my head and it’s giving me a different look on people in general. I don’t like this. I’ve never been accused. I’ve never felt this. I’ve always loved all people the same. Brandon is still the store manager every location after I’ve called corporate after I spoke with district manager after I spoke with. Brandon is still the store manager and he still out there when he accused another black person white person, yellow person blue person Hispanic person Caucasian person of stealing Look alike he went to details of saying because I have a Louis Vuitton full bag but I paid $2700 for over four years ago He goes after people with big purse masks and uniforms being that I work in the home, health aid industry I wear Nursing scrubs I wear mask to get me self .. But to CVS ITS A SIGN OUT SHOPLIFTER THEY ALL LOOK ALIKE

I am upset. My insurance is only accepted at CVS, and that’s the only reason I still go there. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with very rude and unsympathetic customer service, especially towards my son with autism. However, they have improved in the past few months. Today, I went to pick up a prescription that the doctor had sent nine days ago, and despite my calls, it still wasn’t ready. Now, when the doctor’s office is closed for the weekend, on my fifth call, they tell me that my insurance doesn’t cover that medicine, and it costs over a thousand dollars. I don’t know what the side effects will be if I don’t take it for three days until I can reach the doctor on Monday. It’s very disappointing that I receive this information only now as I write this review. If they had told me a few days ago, I could have addressed the situation earlier by changing the medication or finding more samples if needed..

Pharmacist Gina Salsburg is not working for people that need their prescriptions. My medication was 2 days late (on backorder) when she got back from lunch she was in no rush. @11:00am she told me I could pick it up at 5pm, on a Monday with no one else waiting in the store for prescriptions, they were not busy. I had my 8yr old nephew that was on spring break with me, we waited 1 hour sitting right in front of her at the pharmacy. I believe she was being prejudice against me because I'm on and taking Suboxone, I take this maintenance medication due to a previous addiction to pain medication from multiple surgeries. Should I be treated this way because I've had a previous addiction? I'm doing so much better and not abusing drugs or risking death taking street pills like lots of people end up doing. It's just a shame as an actual medical professiona she is being and using her personal judgement against someone she doesn't know. It can happen to anyone.

The night staff ( possibly the manager ) was especially helpful. He showed me how to scan my phone to receive coupons then assisted me in the self check-out lane. He discussed some new cosmetics he had just put on the shelf that I purchased. It was a great experience and he was so helpful and professional. He gave great customer service which is rare these days.

My local CVS has the best customer service staff great pharmacy staff. Everyone is super friendly and I can get everything that I need from my particular store. If only they’d open a Dr office there, it would be perfect!!
