I believe I shared that an employee interrupted a video I was recording. I figured, it was not too busy and the deli area was so nice and put together, it would make for a good video to post with a review. Not that Publix is ever unorganized, there were just very little people to avoid while capturing the groceries. Publix mostly comes through for me, from in-store availability to the constant communication for my deliveries, to front end management calling to get me permission to record, so that 1 employee didn't completely ruin my experience. I did not mind the employee making sure that I was aware of the policy, I was offended that she wouldn't listen to me simply ask her the name of the person to get permission from; she just kept saying, "you can't, you can't". I had already stopped recording, so I just turned back in line and stopped listening to her, as I was next in line to order my sandwiches, and I saw who I needed to get permission from because I listen to her even though she didn't listen to me.

They went above and beyond when 2 days in a row they were out of onion rings at the deli. The manager put aside a bag just for us free of charge when the truck came in! I don't remember his name, he was tall with brown hair. Really professional and courteous.

This grocery store is awesome! The people are very kind, selfless, and committed. Their bakery makes great baked goods. And they have a huge variety of lots of other food. Without doubt Publix is awesome!

We purchased a variety of items from this store, enough for a few dinners during our stay in Key West. We were very impressed by not only the quality of the food but by the amazing service. Shout out to Eric in the fruit and veg department who was amazing! Also the staff in the deli :)
