HUGE PARKING LOT! It’s spacious and easier to reach out. The parking lot is clean and well maintained. The price is reasonable given you are in Chicago downtown. However the main issue is with the reaching your car. You have to take multiple pictures of your parked car and the place around otherwise it gets confusing.

Paid $25 for 24 hours, booked online in advance- entry, exit, signage and parking couldn't be smoother and easier. The booking confirmation very helpfully included street level pictures of the different approaches to the garage. Parking spaces are generous and leave enough room to open doors without worrying about adjacent vehicles. Well lit space, we parked in the first floor underground and didn't have to search long for a space. Also didn't even have to use the QR code, as I drove up their entry system detected and read my license plate which I had noted in the booking and the gate automatically opened, and on exit as well. Very nice touch!

Be careful where you park. This facility is good except for the fact that they had something on their ceiling that dripped onto my car which can't be wiped away. They also denied it because they say I didn't make a claim until after I left the parking area. SP+ is not claiming any responsibility. Not holding accountability is just disrespectful. They are insinuating that I did this myself.

This place was very expensive to park $35 for 6 hours although we could have stayed another couple hours I felt it to be more expensive than it was worth. They want you to sometimes Park in places where people were parked behind you and then you have to wait for a valet to come and get your keys or their keys to move their car which takes who knows but probably way too long. Try to get in on the Michigan Avenue side 233 North Michigan and the doors were locked luckily We snuck in when a car pulled in or else we would have had to walk around the block to get in. There's plenty of Staff in the middle of the day but when we left at 7:00 there was not a soul to be found. You can pay when you were leaving right by the exit thankfully that was convenient and easy. I would go back again but I would go for the early bird special or you save a lot more money but you have to get there I think before 9:00.

The place is huge but well signaled. Location is superb. Prices are very reasonable. People who work there are outstanding. Our car broke down, and we received every possible help from Connie, Sam and another lady who let us use her phone charger. They are efficient, are on top of things, and helped everybody, not just us. And they are kind. We highly recommend this place and thank these ladies.
