CVS at the Target store in Topsham Maine is a wonderful pharmacy; we are very happy that it is within our traveling distance. We have always been pleased with the service, the speed of packaging our medications - and calling quickly to let us know that our meds are ready for pick up. The pharmacists are fantastic; they are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and kind. This CVS pharmacy goes above and beyond to help their customers. We are always 100% pleased with their care and service. Thank you very much to all of the pharmacists there who do their jobs splendidly!!

Had an appointment. for rsv shot & was called & e-mailed that 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up. Verified on the phone & on web site that they were open. No one there CLOSED! This is after going out I snow storm to keep appt. Poor service, poprck.municatios.

Called today to see if they had my prescriptions rdy after being out of stock for 2 weeks - no answer. Drive to the store and.. Boom obviously they are closed from their paper signs. I would would hope they could manage to put that on their phone messages. But no. I used to like this place been coming for two years almost 3 but will probably take my business elsewhere after my next refills.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband had a few days while waiting for his meds to come in the mail. She used a coupon she had to help us save some money as well. Very thankful 🙏 🙌. The meds he takes have terrible withdrawal side effects. They helped so much!!!

The staff went through some major changes when switched from Target to CVS So it's been kind of hectic. They are understaffed. I'd like to see them with more support so they can better meet customer needs. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. I thought at first I'd change pharmacies when they became CVS but it's improved and I'm happy I stayed with them.
